Couch To 5k – Week 7

 

This week of the Couch To 5k plan has been the biggest challenge yet. Having got up to running for 25 minutes continuously last week, this week I had to run 25 minutes continuously three times. The training wheels are now well and truly off!

As well as running for 25 minutes non-stop, I have also had to put up with worsening conditions as Christmas gets ever closer and I am glad I finally have some actual running gear rather than just running in shorts and t-shirt. I wouldn’t have been able to manage without my running tights and beanie!

Needless to say I found this week a struggle, but at the same time it has been the most rewarding.

Week 8 begins tomorrow.
